I’m pretty sure I’m pregnant! I just need help on what steps to take now to have a health baby!!?

6 Positive At-Home pregnancy tests and 1 negative doctor test (urine) so I’m pretty sure it’s a yes… They were all taken in a 3 day period so this is 2 weeks later and I still haven’t started my period… I’ve made a doctor appt for Monday BUT I want to be sure I’m eating the right things and doing everything right!…

I’ve had 3 miscarriages before which at the times I was VERY stressed out and I remember once I picked something heavy up and felt something and went to the bathroom and found out I had a miscarriage… So I don’t know if it was from lifting something because I was early in the pregnancy… About 5 weeks probably… So I’m just wondering should I not be doing heavy lifting? And what do you think is considered heavy because I pick up my 2 year old brother a lot and he’s probably between 30-35 pounds so would that be ok you think?

I just started taking some prenatal pills and iron pills today… I should’ve been taking iron pills awhile ago because my doctor was checking me for anemia… I don’t really eat healthy at all… a lot of fast food and sodas… Which I know caffeine is bad so any ideas on these things would be greatly appreciated!!!
