The aspirator is not strong enough (use the one from the hospital instead) there only two items I use from this kit 1. the hair brush and the nail clipper - much cheaper to buy these separately. Save youself some money and buy a few of these things individually IF you need them. When you deliver in a big hospital, they give you a digital thermometer and nose aspirator/rincer. The nail clippers are extremely dangerous and I cut my daughter’s finger quite badly. The way the clippers are constructed, the finger tip is obstructed from view. There are many reviews to this effect here on Amazon for the clippers.[...]
